HelpMaster Pro Training
Of course, we also offer comprehensive training for our HelpMaster Pro
software suite. The following courses have been designed to maximise
your Return On Investment (ROI) by reducing the ramp-up time and effort.
- Installing, Configuring and Administering HelpMaster Pro - Desktop.
A 1 to 2 day workshop for system administrators that covers all the basics of
implementing and maintaining the HelpMaster Pro desktop version.
- Installing, configuring and administering HelpMaster Pro - Web
interfaces. A half day workshop for system administrators that covers
all the basics of implementing and maintaining the HelpMaster Pro web
modules.
- Priority Management and Service Level Agreements - A half day
workshop that covers how to get the best out of the HelpMaster Pro Priority
Manager.
- Using HelpMaster Pro for staff - A half day workshop that covers all
aspects of using HelpMaster Pro. Designed especially for staff and other users
of HelpMaster Pro.
