Focus on Business Showcase / ACT Export Awards

PRD Software will be participating in this event for the first time this year. The Canberra and Region Focus on Business event promotes national and international success, establishes valuable business networks and partnerships and showcases regional business, in a forum that attracts leaders and decision-makers from across Australia. In 2006 the theme of Focus on Business is Partnerships for Growth.

Around the themes of networking, industry leaders, federal politics, world class government administration, exporting and international opportunities, Focus on Business is the premier business event held in the Australian Capital Region. Partnerships for growth, thought-provoking presentations on leading-edge business partnering techniques, shared experiences of business success, as well as sessions on innovation and emerging industries will be features of the 2006 program.

Invitations have been extended to advanced technology, research, government and venture capitalists from Ireland, UK, Canada, USA, Singapore and Hong Kong to attend the event. More than 80 senior national business leaders participate each year in this program. Participation in each Focus on Business event has exceed 1000 delegates, including senior representatives from national and international firms; regional and local businesses; ACT, NSW and Federal Government departments and members of the diplomatic corps.

As part of this event, the ACT Chief Minister will present the ACT Export Award, which PRD Software has entered this year. This award recognizes the achievement of local companies exporting to the world wide market. As many of our clients are aware, PRD Software exports HelpMaster Pro already to over 44 countries, and are constantly expanding.
