Business Edition is a snap.
The Log New Job screen gives access to the necessary Client and Asset
information. From here the user can:
- Record the job details;
- Assign the job;
- Send notification e-mails to the Client and/or the Assignee;
- Analyze the problem for known solutions; or
- Resolve the problem.
