HelpMaster Pro v7.5 is a major upgrade to v7.0 and includes many new and exciting features. The Email Manager is a completely new product, as is the new Staff Web Module. The Priority Manager has received a major re-working and the Knowledge Base and Correspondence templates now support HTML. Spelling and Thesaurus is now available to users of Microsoft Office, and of course there's new reports and a greatly improved reporting database to work with.

The "Saved Searches" expanded state is now remembered so that it displays in the same manner as you last left it
"Saved Searches" can now be ordered and renamed
Issues Viewer : When opening the Issues Viewer from the Job Screen or elsewhere that already contains an issue hierarchy, the Issues Viewer will open to that spot in the hierarchy
Field Chooser : Has had a major re-working. Includes more fields to choose from an a new architecture that delivers better performance to populate and display information
Correspondence Templates > Email Tags : Additional tags have been included to support the email fields (subject, message etc) that were part of an original email that was converted into a job by the new "Email Manager"
Job screen : Screen splitter bar has been increased in width for ease of use
Jobs now remember and display the original site that the client was associated with when the job was originally logged (helpful for reporting)
Job templates : Additional jobs fields have added to the templates. It is now possible to set the "To be completed by" date field to a relative time in the future from when the template was used (great for setting SLA and working in with the Priority Manager)
Better job history searching : Results will now include Primary and non primary clients and sites when searching for job history
Better general job searching : The Job Finder has been improved to include more search options, including time calculations based on actual office working hours vs absolute hours
All templates now include additional "Notes" fields for better documentation
Assets, Clients, Knowledge Base articles etc can now be bulk-deleted (previously they had to be deleted individually)
Asset linking to jobs : Now includes an additional option to search for assets linked to the client as well as the site
Importing has been improved to cater for missing or invalid system codes
Importing screen now allow you to save and load previous "mapped items"

Ability to choose which email system to use (Outlook vs SMTP vs Simple MAPI)
