Network
The HelpMaster Pro Desktop Edition has not been designed to work over a dial-up modem connection, or networks with less than 256kb throughput. For low bandwidth access to HelpMaster Pro, please refer to the HelpMaster Pro Web Editions. |
Crystal Reports
The desktop edition of HelpMaster Pro installs a runtime version of Crystal Reports v10.

Attention
PRD Software does not recommend running the HelpMaster Pro Web Module on any non-Microsoft platform, e.g.
UNIX / LINUX / MAC / Solaris. Or implementing any other method where Microsoft Windows operating systems
would have to be put into emulation mode.

Personal Web Server (PWS)
PRD Software does not recommend using PWS as a "live web server" solution. PWS is not designed to run heavy duty web applications or service external web requests at the level the HelpMaster Pro Web Module expects. PRD Software will not give any technical support to clients running the HelpMaster Pro Web Module under these conditions. |

Note : CDO 1.21 is installed from the Microsoft Outlook installation. Once Outlook is installed, use the Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and click the "Modify" button next to Outlook. Once the Outlook installation program is displayed, select Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) from the list and mark it to be installed.
