Helping New Users
To help new users get the maximum benefit from HelpMaster Pro, we have introduced a Starter Pack. The HelpMaster Pro Starter Pack comes with everything you need to get your Helpdesk operational. Of course, you can add any number of additional staff or client licences to suit your needs.
The Starter Pack includes:
- 3 concurrent staff user licences
- Staff web interface
- Client web interface, with 100 Client Access Licences
- Priority Manager
- Email Manager
- 1st year Annual Maintenance Subscription
for around AUD4,395.00, plus applicable taxes.
Additional Licences
Additional Staff licences are AUD995 .00, plus applicable taxes.
Additional Client licences are AUD200.00 per 100 licences, plus applicable taxes.

Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS)
AMS is a renewable 12 month subscription, which entitles you to receive a number of additional products and services during the term of your subscription. These include:
- Technical support via phone, fax and email
- Access to periodic maintenance releases at no additional cost
- Full version upgrades of product at no additional cost.
Upgrading Existing Users
We recommend an ongoing Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS) for all HelpMaster Pro users as upgrades are included at no additional cost during the subscription period. If you don’t have a current subscription, contact us and see if you are eligible for a discount.
