Helping New Users
To help new users get the most from HelpMaster Pro we offer the Starter Pack with everything you need to get your Helpdesk operational. Of course, you can add any number of additional staff licences to suit your needs.
The Starter Pack includes:
- 3 concurrent staff user licences
- Priority Manager
- 1st year Annual Maintenance Subscription
for around AUD875.00.00, plus applicable taxes.
Additional Licences
Additional Staff licences are just AUD199.00, plus applicable taxes.

Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS)
AMS is a renewable 12 month subscription, which entitles you to receive a number of additional products and services during the term of your subscription. These include:
- Technical support via phone, fax and email
- Access to periodic maintenance releases at no additional cost
- Full version upgrades of product at no additional cost.
Upgrading Existing Users
We recommend an ongoing Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS) to all HelpMaster Pro users because then upgrades to newer Business Editions are included at no additional cost during the subscription period. If you don’t have a current subscription, contact us and see if you are eligible for a discount.
With a current AMS you may also be able to upgrade to the HelpMaster Pro Enterprise Edition at special prices.
