I would like to Export information from HelpMaster Pro to our
billing application. Can this be done?
Yes, because we allow our registered customers full access to the
database behind HelpMaster Pro they are able to export information
from that database to another application.

Do you have a SQL Server version?
Yes. You may like to try HelpMaster Pro Enterprise Edition which uses a
SQL Server database. To download a fully functional evaluation version,
please click here.

I need more reports. Can I make my own?
Yes, as long as you have the necessary skills and have access to a
third party reporting tool such as Microsoft Access or Seagate
Crystal Reports. We allow registered customers access to the
database structure behind HelpMaster Pro, and from there they can
create as many reports as they require.

I have downloaded and used the evaluation version. What extra
features does the full HelpMaster Pro version include?
The evaluation version that is available for download on the
web site is almost exactly the same as the shipping version that is
purchased. The only difference is that the shipping version of
HelpMaster Pro does not limit the number of jobs that can be logged
into the database. The records that you create while using the
evaluation version, can also be used when you purchase the shipping
version.

Can HelpMaster Pro be used to track time and expense information?
Yes. HelpMaster Pro allows you to record the time taken for each
action performed on a Helpdesk job, the staff member who performed
the action, plus the cost and cost code.
